Watermark was established in November 1990 and designed to be different by placing our clients’ interests before profit. We coach our people to put themselves in your shoes and deal with you how they would like to be dealt with.  The unshakeable belief is that this approach builds trust, sustainable client relationships, lots of referrals to family and friends, and, ultimately, we would be profitable.

Through this ethos, we have built hundreds of long-term client relationships and developed our business into a strong and successful company. Many local solicitors and accountants recommend us to their clients, not to receive an introducer payment, but because they know we are reliable, trusted and the way we deal with their clients reflects well on them.

We have always embraced change and new technology to stay at the vanguard of our sector.

We aim to provide the very best financial planning advice to trustees, attorneys, deputies, individuals and businesses through highly qualified, specialist advisers.

We do not target our advisers to produce a certain amount of business income. We target quality of advice and superior client outcomes and endeavour to exceed 100% of our clients’ expectations with nil complaints.
